Malibu Chunky Cardigan
A chunky knitted cardigan pattern which is perfect if you're looking for your first big knitting project or for a TV knit.
Designed with beginners in mind, the Malibu Cardigan uses only basic knitting techniques - casting on, knit and purl stitches and simple knit two together decreases. It is perfect for creating something unique with options for colour blocking, intarsia, fairisle, and texture if you want to design your own, and is perfect for using up your chunky scrap yarns. The pattern includes two styles - a straight front and a subtle V neck and instructions for both traditional tapered sleeves and balloon sleeves so you can create something completely unique to you. Designed to be knitted on 12 mm and 10 mm knitting needles.
Instructions are given on how to adjust the pattern to fit you and rough quantities of yarn if you want different sleeve and body colour.
